Cash ISAs Video for Barclays

ISAs are the most misunderstood product in the banking industry (Even thought its just savings); its only a fact that the Bank assumes that people know about it and what it means. There was a missing re-education piece where customers were given characters they can relate to and see the differences between people's needs and also see the subsequent differences of what the product can supply to those needs.

We proposed three different people telling their stories of why they use ISAs in a plant nursery. The actors had different plants and nurtured them just as their savings grows over time. The video highlighted the different reasons why people use the product and a way to show how a complex sounding product can be very simple.
