With the business concerned about customer fraud there was a need re-educate and show all the different types of modern fraud. The customer was also shown conversations that they can click and learn from to pick up on which exactly when fraud happens to a customer. This could have been just a simple audio test but it was decided that there was a need to make it more engaging and that only some customers will take up the audio challenge; but if highly visual then a higher percentage will be engaged.

Objective: Educational content doesn't bore customers on a dry subject.
